Before the teas, I had chronic inflammation in my joints and mucus in the lungs. Now, I do a weekly regimen at least once a month and   haven't experienced any pain or dealt with any mucus since last October.

On my final days of the cleanse and I feel GREAT.  I did eat a lil at my niece's bridal shower Saturday but lucky for me the cake was RED VELVET (YUCK). The not eating after 7pm has been no problem for me as I'm usually a night owl and a late night snacker, so after day 21 I am going to have to stick with the regime even though I won't have the tea or pills.  I have lost 9 lbs so far and feel wonderful. Thank you for your encouragement because I really didn't think I would make it past Day 3.  My blood pressure has gone high to low on days so I'm going to start the other tea after Monday to see if it helps. I'm not disciplined enough to have done all at once (working on my will powers).

I had a challengingly great experience with the 2-week detox!  I feel like I have much more energy ease of focus than I did prior and I don't produce as much phlegm as I used to – Something I never really had an answer to.  Since I had to learn how to cook different while doing the detox, I found myself starting to cooking new combinations of foods which suprisingly gave me confidence in knowing I could maintain this habit.  I recommend people do it!  It's worth your long-term health!
