The not eating after 7pm has been no problem for me as I'm usually a night owl and a late night snacker, so after day 21 I am going to have to stick with the regime even though I won't have the tea or pills.  I have lost 9 lbs so far and feel wonderful. Thank you for your encouragement because I really didn't think I would make it past Day 3.  My blood pressure has gone high to low on days so I'm going to start the other tea after Monday to see if it helps.
