We love shipping days! That's why all of thrivewithtauj.com orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. (Unless further notified). With the exception, of some holidays, pre orders, and if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. 

Please be sure your address is entered correctly including Apt, Suite, Bldg, Unit number in Address Line 2 to prevent shipping delays or return to sender packages.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. 

*Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/Military Address. However, we are not responsible for any not received  orders marked "delivered".
*Please note if you are charged for International shipping with your APO/Military Address we will contact you for a partial shipping refund.

 

SHIPPING RATES

U.S Domestic:

• First Class & Priority Shipping Available (2-7 business days): $8.00+ for all orders 

International:

• Priority Shipping (7-20 business days): $30.00+ on all Intl. orders

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from thrivewithtauj.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount may be deducted from your merchandise refund. 

We are not responsible for stolen packages and we do not issue refunds for packages that state delivered. 
We offer USPS Priority Mail (Domestic: 2-5 business days & International: 7-30 business days) to most locations. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to longer delivery time and custom charges by your native country.
